1. No-refund policy

All products sold by The Digital View are digital and are delivered instantly after payment. Once a digital product is delivered or downloaded it cannot be returned, so we follow a no-refund policy.

2. Please check before you buy

Read the product details carefully before paying. If you have any question, contact us first and we will be happy to help.

3. If you face an issue after downloading

We are here to help. If your file does not open, is damaged, or something is missing, contact us and we will fix the problem or send you a working file.

Please share your Order ID (shown on the Payment Successful page and in your payment message) and a short description or screenshot of the issue.

4. When we may refund

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• Money was deducted but you did not get access to the product, and we cannot fix it.
• The product is not delivered at all because of a problem on our side.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take some business days to show the amount. Please report any issue within 7 days of purchase.
